Over the last decades, more than 75% of FCC testing has been outsourced to Chinese test labs. Offshore testing in China affects the quality of our radio frequency spectrum, creates unsafe devices, and produces real, meaningful security vulnerabilities that could potentially expose your communications data to the Chinese Communist Party and related parties for surveillance or espionage.

The FCC will vote on May 22 to finalize a rule that will bar risky China-based testing labs from testing products sold in the United States. Compliance Testing LLC supports the proposed new rule and would like your support to insure this critical industry returns to the United States to give us safer devices and a more secure communications environment.
